Welcome to Hill Monitor. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hill Monitor website, application, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Hill Monitor Inc. The Services allow you to set up keyword-based alerts and receive notifications when your tracked terms are mentioned.

Hill Monitor uses automated technology, including AI and speech recognition, to process parliamentary proceedings. While we strive for accuracy:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hill Monitor Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
